The beautiful port of Victoria, British Columbia. It is a town steeped in history and architecture. We’ve visited London a couple of times, so I was surprised at how reminiscent it felt this time versus our previous visits to Victoria.

“Alaska’s first city” is the entry to the Inside Passage as you travel from the Pacific Northwest through the Puget Sound to the scenic, and awe inspiring Alaska ports of call.

Incredibly easy to make, this vibrant and healthy salad is suitable for a warm evening or when it is too hot to cook. Serve as a side dish or my favorite main entree with crusty garlic bread.
